Who we are
Hollis Bay is a US-based online supplier of new aftermarket and OEM parts for forklifts, lift trucks, and heavy equipment. We work with distributors and suppliers across the United States to get parts to fleet managers, warehouse operators, mechanics, and businesses that run lift trucks every day.
The business is built on years of experience building and managing online stores. We bring that experience to the parts industry to reduce the fragmentation, connect more suppliers, and help more customers find what they need.
The right part, the first time
Since our first day, our focus has been to serve customers the right way. That means quality answers, accurate data, and careful quality control.
Spending 15 minutes to confirm a part fits your machine is always better than waiting 10 days on a return. We back that up with real work on every order:
- We check multiple sources before we confirm a part.
- We go through the catalogs, including supersessions and cross-references.
- We reach out to suppliers whenever we can to confirm fit and availability.
Straight answers
If we don't have the data or a supplier for your part, we tell you right away and offer alternatives when we have them. We won't move forward with an order we can't stand behind, because your time matters as much as ours.
